Weaver, Textile & Djellaba Design

My name is Hamzaoui Aicha. I am a married women. I have three children. I work for the Djellaba Hamzaoui, whose work is famous in my region.

To make a djellaba takes a lot of steps. You have to understand how to make it to appreciate the quality. First we make the thread by hand. We spin thread, then we begin to weave the fine fabric. Last comes the djellaba itself.

I am very happy when I am creating a djellaba.
