I discovered through this work that as my hand moves all mysteries buried under my subconscious mind, all events or impacts of those events, which often surfaced in my poetry and my writings, begin to take me on a journey.
Each part of the journey begins with a line. Groups of people, predominately women, begin to emerge and spread themselves on my canvas, because I am influenced by the human form. So there are crowds of people moving together, merging together, conversing, dancing and arguing, and I am inspired by their differences, different clothes, fabrics, colors, patterns, gestures, smells.
All these people are faceless, as I dont want to give them any name. I mean, any name or give them any differences of religion, region or races. For me, it is a flow of humanity, and it is moving, lyrical. It is melodious and harmonious.
Thank you.
