Weaver, Medicinal Plants

My name is Mahbouga Elhakkaoui. I am a good craftswomen of works woven by hand, and I know how to use medicinal plants.

I feel good when I am making rugs and other crafts with my association women. I am happy that my family helps me and that they support my work. I want to share and help the other women learn, too, in our small town of Ait Hamza.

I know the designs from my family, and the first person here in Ait Hamza. It is a good patrimony governing here in our town. We hope everyone comes to know our town, because there are many things that we can show. The name of our association is Tizi Ouhzar. It has a Berber name Har.
